Balls don't seem the same size, aren't they?
Let me tell you why.
My son was in the kitchen to roll the balls for helping me ;))
Ingredients

1/2 tsp black pepper

juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup milk, salt,

(You can add egg yolks and serve the eksili köfte with sprinkled red pepper in melted butter sauce. This recipe is for traditional meatball in sour sauce)

In a large bowl, put all the ingredients together and knead with hands. Make little balls. Meanwhile bring 4 cups of water to boil in a pot. Put the köftes(meatballs) into the pot gently. Stir ocassionaly. Add potato cubes and carrots. Cook untill rice soft.
In a small bowl mix lemon juice, milk, flour and you can add a landle of juice from the pot makes mixture warm. Add the sauce into the köftes and stir. Cook 20 munites over low tempature.
