A beautiful browned and flavorful turkey!
In a bowl, mix together light olive oil, light butter, salt, pepper, sage and just a bit of rosemary. Make sure the skin of the turkey is very dry, pat it off with some paper towels and work mixture directly onto the meat, all over the turkey skin before you put it in the oven.
Last year I got this idea while searching internet and stuffed the turkey with apples. Just cut in quarters and stuff the turkey with them. Perfect flavor and smells delicious when you take them out.
The night before eating, break the one loaf of bread into small pieces in a huge bowl. Let the bread dry out.
Saute onion, celery and mushroom. Do not brown!

I reduced the sugar and added 1 cup sugar instead 1 1/2 cup. Nobody complained:) Hehe..The spices make this bread quite tasty. Anyway, they love it!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, milk, and spices together, then combine with the dry ingredients. Before baking add your nuts right to the top of it. Bake 50 minutes.
Have a beautiful weekend!

Copper cookware is one of the best heat conductors for your cooking, allowing the preparation of a dish with less energy. Generally copper cookware is slightly more expensive than other cookwares, but it’s well worth it. If you have a good set of copper cookware will last a lifetime.
Another beautiful item, Ruffoni Copper Leaf & Vine Bowl.Chefs around the world prefer copper because it’s durable and it has excellent characteristics.
Copper beats stainless steel for whipping egg whites. Your eggs will have more volume and stay stiff longer with Ruffoni.
Copper sugar pans are the best for the working with egg based and sugars for sugar works.
Copper Cookware is easy to maintain. Just use soap and warm water for daily cleaning. Or you can use copper cleaning liquid. Here is another tip; you can use a simple, natural mixture of one part lemon juice with three parts kosher salt to make a paste, rub it on the outside of the pot with a soft cloth, rinse and dry.
